ASTRA WELCOMES NEW BOARD MEMBERS
The Australia and New Zealand Short Term Rental Association (ASTRA) announced the election of a new Vice-Chairperson, Karen Howard, and three new Board members: Aasish Ponna, John Ryall, and Kyle Fitzsimmons, each bringing extensive experience in regulatory, management, and property sectors. ASTRA’s Chairman, Yoav Tourel (Goldberg), praised their appointments and highlighted the Board's ongoing efforts in advocacy, knowledge sharing, and industry regulation. The Board also re-elected Yoav Tourel (Goldberg) as Chairman and appointed new and returning directors to key positions. The Annual General Meeting, held virtually on June 27, 2024, also acknowledged Jon Lawry's significant contributions as he retired from the Board.
