‘Here to Stay’ will return in 2024 – Get involved now!

The Australian & New Zealand Short Term Rental Association (ASTRA) is excited to share the news that our ‘Here to Stay’ Conference will return in 2024, having cemented itself as Australia’s premier annual short-term rental industry event.

Opened by Steve Cox, Chief Executive Officer of Destination NSW, the lead government agency for New South Wales tourism and major events, the 2023 ‘Here to Stay’ Conference proved a huge success. Industry professionals came together from across Australia, New Zealand, and overseas to share expertise and knowledge, collaborate on digital transformation and innovation, and build meaningful and lasting connections. Not to mention have some fun at our sold-out Cocktail Awards Night! 

We thank each and every one of the attendees, sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, and suppliers for their pivotal role in making ‘Here to Stay 2023’ a truly memorable event. 

Short-Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) forms a vital part of the social and economic fabric of our communities and through tourism and the visitor economy supports the livelihood and survival of many regions and rural areas across Australia and New Zealand. With significant technological advancements and regulatory changes occurring both domestically and internationally, it is now more important than ever to come together next year to shape our industry’s future for the better.
