ASTRA strengthens leadership with appointment of Nick Peirce and Aaron Taylor to the Board
ASTRA, the peak body representing Australia’s short-term rental industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Aaron Taylor and Nick Peirce to its Board of Directors. Their expertise further enhances ASTRA’s strategic leadership and governance as it continues to advocate for a sustainable and professional short-term rental sector.
Nick Peirce is the Head of Revenue Generation at The Stay Hub NZ, and brings over 25 years’ experience in pricing, revenue management, and commercial strategy across the airline and short-term rental industries to the board of ASTRA. His career has been defined by data-driven decision-making, high-performing team leadership, and fostering key partnerships via the Accommodation Forum in NZ.
Aaron Taylor is the General Manager of BNB Made Easy and possesses firsthand insights into the demands of the professional short-term rental industry. Committed to upskilling and developing the Australian industry, he is focused on fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure Australia’s standing as a global leader in quality service, hospitality, and industry best practices.
Commenting on his appointment to the board, Nick said “I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to step into the role of ASTRA's New Zealand Director and to contribute to the growth and advocacy of the short-term rental industry.
